Kelsey Landy - Director

Kelsey has been involved in pageants for 16 years as a contestant, director, emcee, choreographer and judge. Kelsey was former Lead Choreographer for the Miss Pennsylvania Teen and Miss Continents Pageant. She is co-owner and Coach for Pageant-Perfect Coaching. Kelsey previously hosted local television show  "Teen Scene." She has held numerous titles and has appeared in several magazines. She has won many photogenic awards as well as awards for modeling. She was National Title holder for America's Miss 2013. She is the former Miss Pennsylvania International 2012 and former Miss Teen Pennsylvania All-American and Miss Pennsylvania Teen COED. She is also the former Miss Teen Pennsylvania -World 2009 and Miss Pennsylvania Perfect Teen 2009.  She was National American Miss Preteen - PA 2004 and Teen Miss Pittsburgh 2005.  She was also state Grand Supreme in many systems including Fabulous Faces, Cover Miss, and many more! Kelsey holds a degree in Education as well as an Honors Degree in Communications from California University of PA. She has worked as a Legislative Intern. In addition Kelsey has done work as an actress & model.  Kelsey does Trade Show & Print Modeling. Kelsey has worked on  major films The Next Three Days (starring Russell Crowe), Unstoppable (starring Denzel Washington, and Love & other Drugs (starring Jake Gyllenhaal). Kelsey is co-director and choreographer for the Mt. Pleasant Glass & Ethnic Festival Pageant for girls from ages 5-21.  Kelsey is also co-founder of Queens for a Cause. 


Leigh has been involved in pageantry and modeling for over 35 years as a  contestant, emcee, director, and model.  She assists her daughter, Kelsey with  the Pageant-Perfect USA Pageant and formerly the Miss Pennsylvania Continents Pageants. Leigh was recognized in National GLADYS Magazine as one of the "Women of Wonder" as being at the top of her industry. She is a judge  for Miss America and Miss America Outstanding Teen  Pageants. Currently, Leigh is a spokesperson for Go Red and was featured in the Black Tie event Go Red fashion show. Leigh was a former spokesmodel for the Cadillac Corporation, trade show model, Lead model for Weddingfest, and a fashion show model for many stores in Pittsburgh. She also did promotion work for many companies.  Leigh is a former baton twirler and dancer for Cal U dance Team and was Miss Glass & Ethnic Festival Queen 1988, Miss Pennsylvania Festival Association Queen 1989, Miss Cadillac 1990, Miss Hawaiian Tropic 1990, Miss Budweiser 1990, Miss Yough River Queen 1989, Miss PA Swimsuit Girl 1989 as well as numerous other promotional titles. Leigh was the Cadillac Model/Spokesperson for the 1990 Pittsburgh Car Show. Leigh is the current co-director of the Miss Mt.Pleasant Glass and Ethnic Festival Pageant and is a well established pageant coach with a winning clientele of girls across the United States. She is also co-founder of Queens for a Cause alongside her daughter, Kelsey. Leigh graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in education and has taught for the past 25 years. 

Lisa  Wood - Contestant Coordinator

Lisa has been involved in pageantry for over 30 years as a title holder, competitor, judge, and director. She is the current contestant coordinator for Miss Pennsylvania Teen and Miss Pennsylvania Continents Pageants. She participated in several Children's Pageants and  was Little Miss Mt. Pleasant 1972.  She was Geibel High School's representative for the Miss Coal Queen Pageant in 1981 and was a Top 5 Competitor in PA Miss America Preliminary Pageants.  She has had the honor of winning many local talent contests with her dance and baton performances.  She has judged numerous pageants  and talent competitions and is an assistant director for the Mt. Pleasant Glass and Ethnic Festival Pageant. Lisa studied Dance at Point Park College and Pittsburgh Ballet and has performed to raise money for the March of Dimes. Lisa has received her Bachelor's in Science from Point Park University in Business Management and her Bachelor's in Arts in Elementary Education. Lisa is also a Master Gardener. Lisa is an educator in North Carolina.

Joanne & Rodger Shupe - Ticket & Sales Coordinators

Joanne has been involved in pageantry, modeling and dance for over 65 years. Her parents were owners of Karfelt's Dept. Store which afforded her opportunities to model in New York as a Teen. Her recent titles were Miss  Pennsylvania Elegant Woman, 2nd runner-up at Miss Elegant Woman Nationals, and Miss Liberty 2013. Rodger and Joanne enjoy traveling to the various pageants and participating with their daughters and grand-daughter in the world of pageantry.
